This apartment started to tilt even before it was done with construction in April 2003. Cement was filled on the gap that was created by the tilt on the ground, but it did not help and the building continued to tilt even more. The tilted degree was 1/46 before the stake was reinforced in 2013. This is worse than the demolition standard E (degree 1/150). The ground was 10m below and the cement that was placed in between the weak ground increased the weight of the building. After computerized analysis, the floor area 2.57m of an apartment's weight was determined to be 2,500 ton. The steel pipe pile was used to reinforce the building back to tilted degree 1/900, which is in grade A standing of the standards.
