The ceiling beam sank due to the destruction of the pillar, causing vertical crack. The strength of the concrete did not meet the standards and you could see the hoop and the bent. The sunk beam was jacked up to its original condition and we removed the concrete. the bent vertical steel was reinforced and the cracked ones were removed. We suspected that the lower grade concrete was also used on the beam. The steel panel adhered with epoxy cannot guarantee its stability when there is a temperature change.
