The mortar was injected to the ground when the building started to tilt, but the construction actually had to stop as the building kept tilting even more. The weight of the slab affects the beam and essentially affects the basic foundations of the construction. The reinforcement depends on how much of it can be done and how much strength the pillar has left. The indented stake can be reinforced even 10cm away from the pillar.
