The ground was repeatedly reinforced with cement grouting method for 40 years since its construction in 1969, but the building kept tilting until 2009 reinforcement. The building was tilted with an incline of 1/89, grade level E standing at 387mm. This building was restored and raised to a grade level A of 1/3,500 incline in 2009.
