The exclusive industrial zone gas station is a total 4 story building including a basement floor that was reinforced with 400 PHC stake reinforcement on 9m fil-up ground. The ground and the weak ground underneath was settling along with the gas station building, and the incline was 1/47 (E standard) with 360mm of sinking. Even though the building was reinforced with 400 PHC stake, the reason for sinking was due to the fact that the hard ground was in between the weak ground, and the 400 PHC stake was only fixed in the weaker areas, so when the hard ground sank, everything settled along with it. 216 steel stake was indented through the middle layer of the hard ground where the 400 PHC was originally not through, and the building was restored to a grade A building.
