The building had tension crack within 3 years of reinforcement of not including reinforcement of the foundations. This was suspected long time ago from the beginning of working with the soil condition of the site. The second time around, we reinforced 7 areas of the foundations and finished it with carbon fiber and different metal panel on the pillar. Korea E&C does not adhere the carbon fiber and steel panel with epoxy. When this happens, it's hard to see it in naked eyes, but even an ordinary person can tell whether or not the panel has been separated from the concrete by simply knocking on it.
