It is a 40-year-old apartment building built on a beautiful moon pass overlooking the sea in front of Haeundae Beach. As high-rise apartments were built here, many of the buildings built on their own foundations were tilted toward the new construction site. The ground reinforcement, such as cement pouring reinforcement and GP cone pouring reinforcement, was repeated on the inclined building, but Hiltown apartment was tilted more and more, with a serious grade of 142 before the restoration increase. The restoration is increased by strengthening the stake to a solid ground below 30 m.
