This is a foundation reinforcement due to enlarge equipment. The soil survey of the factory showed that the underground 15m was N=10/30 and the 35m ground was N=20/30. The hard ground of N=50/15 was located 40m below. To acquire pressurized load, we reinforced the site by constructing the equipment while having the indentation stake and pressurized anchor buried. The weight was 15-20ton when the 216 steel stake was indented to 15m underground and it was 15-20ton when indenting 30m underground. It was indented at about 20-30 ton in 35m, and we suspected a weathered hard soil at 38m with 30-40ton. We connected the 216x6t steel pipes that were cut into 3m length 14 times. Once the length was 44m, we stopped the indentation due to the 80ton load, twice the load of 40ton. The soil survey and indentation results were pretty similar.
During construction, anchor indentation, facility reinforcement
