Down to 15m of the underground of the campus was very weak and the hard ground was on 20-30m below that. Top base was constructed for the pipe utility conduit that was on the weak ground and the building was constructed on top of the concrete stake that went through the hard ground. the building that was constructed on top of the stake did not settle, but the pipe utility conduit did. the conduit was reinforced, but since 15m below was weak and the weight of the conduit as well as the foundation added to promote the settlement. The inside of the conduit was impossible to work on with complexed and full pipes, and we worked on it from the outside. Since the conduit did not have much foundation, we strengthened by increasing the section and reinforced it by indenting steel stake.
