The Nodaedong building was constructed with mistake of constructing 400m depthx600m height when it should have been 400m depthx900m height. The difference in height is only 300m, but the 2nd moment value is cubed of the height, resulting in 3.375 times of difference, thus resulting in potential situation of destructing the building to rebuild. The beam steel was constructed fine, so we constructed the lower portion by matching it onto 900, of height and used wire rope to make sure that the new and the old concrete don't separate, using the BT technology to successfully reinforce without tearing the building down.
