The building was tilting towards the end of the construction stage. After reinforcing with ø216 steel pipe pile, the building stopped tilting and settling. The basic lower ground was all weak and most of the ø215 indented steel pipe was under 160 ton of weight. The deepest death was 56m. If the weak ground did not move or settle, the construction on top of the ground would not have been affected. However, if the settling of the ground takes place, the building that is built on top of it would also tilt. We suspected that the construction weight and the weight of the building caused this.
While working on indenting the 216 steel pipe pile, the building's basic lower ground was N=10~10 weak ground and the hard ground was 50m below.
